Just yesterday, if you’re unaware, the largest VALORANT esports events ever kicked off! Indeed, the Group Stage kicked off and we got to enjoy some of the early reaction. Bearing this in mind, read on as we cover your very own VALORANT Champions Day 1 Recap!

VALORANT Champions Day 1 Recap – Kicking off Groups C and D

So, now we’ll be taking a look at all three matches which took place yesterday.

  • Full Sense vs Vision Striker – (0-2)

Starting things off in Group D, Vision Strikers would have to take down Full Sense. Accordingly, Vision Strikers are the favourites for this match and the entire group too. That’s why nobody’s surprised that they made quick work of Full Sense in two maps.

  • Team Vikings vs Crazy Raccoon – (2-0)

Moving over to the first match of Group D, this match was a lot more disputed. Indeed, although we weren’t aware who would come out on top, Team Vikings let us know who’s boss. They’ll likely be challenging Gambit for dominance in this group.

  • Cloud9 Blue vs Fnatic (1-2)

Definitely the most competitive series of the evening, the excited Cloud9 team from the LCQ dived into this knowing that Fnatic were the favourites. Accordingly, Fnatic handled business, not very easily, but still managed to come out on top.
