LCK 2021 Spring Final Week – What’s At Stake?
Just as a reminder, teams are trying to seed into the Playoffs event shortly. Only the top 6 teams will make it through, while the top two get to sit at the semifinals instantly. Here are the current standings:
Bearing in mind the gravity of this upcoming week, we’ve listed some key matches to watch out for which could shape the leaderboard:
- Fredit BRION vs Hanwha Life Esports – if BRION could win this, it could be huge to lend them a chance forward. Furthermore, Hanwha needs this to contest Gen.G for the second seed
- Nongshim RedForce vs KT Rolster – probably one of the top match ups of the week as both teams sit at the 6-7th mark desperate to make it through.
- Nongshim RedForce vs Fredit BRION – again, another battle for seeding which you won’t want to miss
It always boils down to this at the end of the season. While top dog battles are great, it’s the battle in the middle which could make and break the season for these lesser teams.
