As you may already be aware, Riot Games has released their tactical FPS, Valorant on June 2nd. The game was extremely popular during its closed beta period, especially on Twitch. Everyone is excited for the game’s release and its newly implemented:
- Agent (Reyna)
- Gamemode
- Map (Ascent)
On top of the release, Twitch Rivals will be collaborating with Riot once more to carry out the first batch of competitive events for Valorant. The event will feature content creators and community figures from the following countries and regions: North America, Brazil, LATAM, Europe, Korea, and Japan.
With regards to the prize pool, Riot have stated that $200,000 will be the totalled amount for all the events combined. It is to be spread separately between the countries and regions.
