Team Solo Mid, more commonly known as TSM revealed that they are working on a new projectfor the TSM esports facility that will help their players and staff in a much more structured atmosphere. TSM have announced that they will have an esports facility which is estimated to cost around $50,000,000.
The TSM Esports Center will consist of: streaming rooms, scrim rooms, a merch store, a fitness gym, a content studio, and many more…One thing that is worth mentioning is that the size of this esports facility is of 25K sq/ft, which is the same size as the 100 Thieves Cashapp compound even though their compound costed around $13,000,000. 100 Thieves announced their esports facility back in September of 2019 and its official opening on the 27th of February was excellent. All fans of the 100 Thieves brand and organization were invited to visit the compound, and meet content creators such as Nadeshot, Valkyrae and CourageJD so we can all expect a huge opening for TSM as they have been around the scene longer and have been gaining fans since the very start of esports.

However, 100 Thieves have not been the first to expand into new territory. Team Liquid have also revealed its Netherlands facility back in 2018, and Dignitas have recently showcased their esports facility which is located in Los Angeles.
TSM’s new facility is currently in the beginning stages of its construction, and it may be delayed due to the current health situation worldwide. Having all these big esports organizations expanding and having their very own facility is very good for the industry overall. It helps the players, staff and even fans of the organizations as they get more content with projects like these.
