Amidst all of the international pandemonium, we’ve got a light-hearted piece of content that is sure to entertain your curiosity, especially if you’re a fan of CS:GO. A new runboost csgo has surfaced, though it may be a while before it’s used competitively due to the sheer complexity involved here.
Boosts in CS:GO are commonplace and find themselves being used regularly in the competitive scene as a form of surprise while also granting new angles to the user. A bunch of Russian players, however, have conjured up something interesting. On the map of Nuke, the players managed to assemble a 5-man column, with the runboost sweeping around the open corner – imagine holding the line of sight to be met with such a show.
We’ve seen two and three-man runboosts before, but five is entering a whole new level. With this height, however, a whole new level of complexity arises due to the need for perfect coordination. As outlined in the YouTube video below, it took quite a few tries for the players to successfully pull it off.
This would be incredible to witness in competitive: but is it likely we’ll ever see it? While it does seem like the perfect aggressive strategy to enter the bomb site, the complexity involved does put off such a notion. This isn’t a glitch or anything, such as Fnatic’s competitive stack a while back and appears completely legal though unfeasible.
It’s always enjoyable to view the community pushes the boundaries of a game that has been around for quite some time – what will they come up with next?
