Na’Vi entering VALORANT with Cloud Signing

News

21 Jun 2021

Nathan Bonello

Na’Vi have just announced that they are entering VALORANT with Cloud as their first signing. Here is their announcement:

Who did they sign?

For their first member for their VALORANT division, Na’Vi have brought on Kirill “Cloud” Nehozhin. He is a very young player from Russia, and has formerly played with CIS team CrowCrowd, and the Honk mix. With Honk’s departure, the players were all squandering trying to find a new team, and Cloud landed himself with Natus Vincere.

Here are some of his best achievements so far:

  • 3rd/4th in VCT 2021: CIS Stage 1 Masters – 20th March 2021 – $7,500
  • 2nd at VCT 2021: CIS Stage 2 Challengers 1 – 9th April 2021 – $5,950
  • 1st-4th in VCT 2021: CIS Stage 1 Challengers 2 – 28th February 2021 – $5,283

This is what Cloud, their newest player, said about the move:

“I’m honored to be a part of NAVI and incredibly happy to get this chance! I’m willing to work even harder now. I know that many fans are rooting with all their hearts and I would like to give something back! I’ve been given the opportunity to prove that I am a VALORANT player for a reason. I will do my absolute best.”

So far, it’s very clear that Gambit has been the most successful CIS organisation out there. However, who’s to say that once Na’Vi complete their roster, they won’t take their spot?
