It’s been almost a month since the first stage of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 event. Accordingly, we’ve been patiently waiting for the Grand Finals to kick off and they’re finally here. Bearing this in mind, read on as we discuss How to Watch the PMGC 2021 Grand FInals!

As I’ll reiterate, this is the final stage of the final event of the 2021 season.

Bringing together the entire community, Tencent has thown $3,490,0000 on the line for this Grand Finals. Initially hosting over 30 teams in the early stages, we’ve now boiled down to the top 16 from across the world.

Running from the 21st January all the way to the 23rd, it all comes down to one final epic weekend – crowning the World Champion of PUBG Mobile for 2021!

East League Finals:

  • Stalwart Esports
  • Nova Esports
  • Nigma Galaxy
  • The Infinity
  • Six Two Eight
  • Team Secret
  • 4Rivals

West League Finals

  • Kaos Next Ruya
  • Natus Vincere
  • Furious Gaming
  • Alpha7 Esports
  • S2G Esports
  • Fenerbahce Esports

In addition, a final seed will be joining from the Indian region – the winner of the BGIS 2021 which will be announced on the 16th January following the completion of the regional event.

Format

Considering the format, it’s incredibly simple. Accordingly, across the final three days, teams will all be thrown into one lobby and multiple rounds of matches will take place.

Following all the matches, we’ll have our winners as decided per points.

For those unaware, points will be calculated as follows:

  • Kill Points – 1 per kills
  • Points – 1st (15 points), 2nd (12 points), 3rd (10 points), 4th (8 points), 5th (6 points), 6th (4 points), 7th (2 points), 8-12th (1 point), 13-16th (0 points)

Bearing this in mind, we’d like to consider both DAMWON Gaming and Kaos Next Ruya as favourites for this final stage of the competition.

However, this event features the very best in the world and at any point, it could be anybody’s event. As we all know, the tables change in battle royale with high placing and high kill matches.

We can’t wait to crown our next champion for PUBG Mobile, and we’re especially excited to see how this event pushes the esport further!
