In terms of context, this event is massive for players to make a name for themselves in their respective region. Here, EA will be putting $400,000 of prize pool on the line. Running from the 9th to the 11th July, we have 64 of the best competitive FIFA 21 players going at it for pride and prize.

Do note, that apart from prize and pride, there are also seeds for the FIFAe World Cup 2021 for the top 9 players. For those unaware, this will likely be the largest event of the year in a LAN environment with $500,000 on the line in August – definitely worth playing for.

Usually, here at esportsguide we list all the participating players and teams for context, but in this case, 32 players is a little too long of a list. For a full list of competitors we recommend visiting the event page here.

Format

In terms of format, the event will run similar to the Xbox One event which was held last week. To start the online event off, a Group Stage will help cut the competition in half. Notably, the 32 players will be thrown into a Swiss Round format meaning that multiple rounds will determine the top 16 individuals at the event.
