G2 Esports have announced that they are bringing on Nukkye, AvovA, and Koldamenta for their VALORANT division. Here is their announcement:

G2 Esports bringing on Nukkye, AvovA and Koldamenta for VALORANT – Who are they picking up?

G2 have opted to keep their main Captain Mixwell, as well as one of their initial members, Pyth. This means that they’ve had 3 empty slots to fill, and they’ve decided to bring on the three names written above. Nukkye and AvovA will be joining the team from Team Heretics, whereas Koldamenta has come from Acend. These players are very talented and it’s certainly going to be interesting to see how they will adapt to each other.

This is what Maikturtle, manager for the Valorant team, said about the changes:

“I’m very excited to have nukkye, avova, and koldamenta on the team. They bring a lot of experience, spirit and firepower, and I know that they’ll excel in this new project.”

What will happen to the remaining members?

From what we know so far, Zeek has been swapped with Koldamenta, and will be joining Acend. As for Ardiis and Patitek, not much is known. However in his departure tweet, Ardiis comments “was fun, time to own it with @teamh…” which brings to question, is he actually joining Team Heretics?

Patitek’s announcement on the other hand is set to be revealed tomorrow!

These roster changes were definitely expected after G2’s disappointing run in recent events. Hopefully this not only improves the team on a European level, but on an International level as well!
