Blizzcon 2015

It's that time of year again. This time, in partnership with GCDTV and ESL, Blizzard are hosting their qualifiers for the World of Warcraft Arena Tournament where hundreds of teams from all over the world battle it out in the arena with only 8 of the worlds best teams making it to BlizzCon for their chance at $250,000!

Qualifiers for NA, LatAM, AZN, Europe and China will provide the top 8 teams in the world for the BlizzCon main event.

There will be 3 online qualifiers for NA, 1 for Latin America and one for Australia and New Zealand. 6 Teams will advance through the NA qualifiers, 1 through Latin America and 1 through Australia and New Zealand. These 8 teams will advance to the NA regional championship of which the top 3 move onto BlizzCon.

There will be 3 online qualifiers for EU, 2 teams will advance from the first, and 3 from the second and third. These 8 teams will advance to the EU regional championship of which the top 3 teams will move onto BlizzCon.

There will be one online qualifier for China, 6 teams will advance through to the Chinese regional championships along with 2 wildcard teams. 1 Team will advance from the Chinese regional championship to BlizzCon.

There will 1 KR and 1 TW qualifier, 2 teams from each qualifier will move onto the joint KR+TW regional championship. One team will advance from the regional championship to BlizzCon.
