2019 WCS Summer

The StarCraft II World Championship Series (WCS) has three WCS Circuit stops in 2019.

WCS Summer is the second Circuit event of the three, organized by Starladder.

First Group Stage:
65 players in 16 groups of 4 players each, played in a GSL bracket
All Matches are best-of-three
Top 2 players of each group advance to the next stage

Second Group Stage:
32 players in 8 groups of 4 players each, played in a GSL bracket
All Matches are best-of-three
Top 2 players of each group advance to the next stage.

Third Group Stage:

32 players in 8 groups of 4 players each (16 from second GS, 16 from Qualifiers), played in a GSL bracket
All Matches are best-of-three
Top 2 players of each group advance to the next stage.

Playoffs:
16 players in a single-elimination bracket
All Matches are best-of-five, except for the finals, which is best-of-seven.
