DH SC2 Masters 2020 Winter: Latin America is an online Starcraft II tournament organized by DreamHack and ESL, two of the world's biggest gaming provider; and this event will be happening on the 21st of October offering a total prize pool of $17,200. Players from the Latin America region will have the chance to prove what they’re made of to advance, reach the final, and win the main prize.
Format
Group Stage:
8 players in 2 groups of 4 players each, played in a dual tournament format and all matches are best-of-three. Top 2 players of each group advance to the Playoffs.
Playoffs:
4 players in a double-elimination bracket and all matches are best-of-five. For the finals, matches are best-of-seven with a 1-0 lead for the player coming from the winner's bracket.
