2020 RLCS Season X - Fall: Oceanic Championship Regional Event 3

RLCS Season X is the second RLCS season in 2020 and moving into 2021.

This season will be see the biggest changes yet to the RLCS System, because of the League Play and the annual seasons being abandoned and replaced with an open circuit which will include Fall,Spring and Winter. These three seasonal events will lead into the international major, with each team collecting points that will determine if they will qualify into the World Championship.

The tournament will begin in Stage 1 with 32 teams in a Double Elimination Format, split between 8 groups of 4. All matches are best-of-five, top 2 teams per group (16 total) will proceed to Stage 2, bottom 16 teams are eliminated.

Stage 2 will consist of a 16 team swiss system , with best-of-five series, the top 4 teams proceed to Stage 3, bottom 12 teams are eliminated.

The Stage 3 (playoffs) will feature a Double-Elimination bracket with all the matches being played in a best-of-seven format.
